What is RoHS?

The restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment is commonly known as the RoHS Directive.

The RoHS Directive banned the introduction into the EU market of new Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) containing more than set levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium and certain flame retardants from 1st July 2006.At BYSCO it is very much recognised that the conversion of your product range to comply with the RoHS directive is a significant and challenging issue.
