PTH Assembly

What's PTH Assembly?

PTH assembly, known as through hole PCB assembly is a method of making electrical circuits that

uses plated-through-hole (PTH) components.

What's Through Hole PCB Assembly (PTH) Process?

-- Inserted plated-through-hole (PTH) components into a PCB through drilled holes.

-- Hand soldering or Wave Soldering to keep the leads or ends of the components are attached to

specific pads on the other side of the board with molten metal solers.

What's Advantage of The PTH Assembly?

· PTH assembly can be used directly with plug-in breadboards (a quick snap-and-play prototyping

tool). For prototyping, "dead bug" breadboarding can be used.

· Through hole PCB Assembly ideal for large, high-power, or high-voltage parts, for example in

power circuitry.

It is common to combine SMT Assembly and Plated through-hole assembly, with transformers,

heat-sinked power semiconductors, physically large capacitors, fuses, connectors, and so on

mounted on one side of the PCB Plated through holes.

· PTH Process Interference-free insertions.

· PTH Assembly is suitable for strong mechanical bonds, such as connectors that are used to

interface with external devices that are frequently attached and detached.

· Plated through Hole component have high component range - up to 18 mm diameter.

Bysco Could Provide PTH Assembly Production Capability.

Prototype & Low to Medium Volume PTH Assembly

We could provide you a cost-effective quick turn solution for your plated-through-hole assembly

prototypes or production needs with a responsive and flexible approach, we will never allow

speed of service to compromise quality.

Automatic Wave Soldering Units Pb-Free

We will assembly your batch PTH Assembly parts by wave soldering and RoHS compliant for

lead-free in the whole PTH process.

Hand Soldering

We have qualified technician to hand assemble components which wave-soldering is not

appropriate. We guarantee quality standards achieve IPC610 Class I, II, or III no matter PTH

Process are Hand Soldering or Waving Soldering.
